The data in the table is suitable for the materials with loose density of 1.6t/m3, feeding screen less than the particle grade of the discharge port in the feed of open circuit production capacity. In the feed with a high content of fine particle size and closed circuit operation, the equipment capacity is 15%-30% higher than that of open circuit operation.As an important part of the production loop, the performance of the crusher partly depends on the correct selection and operation of feeder, belt conveyor, vibrating screen, supporting structure, motor, transmission device and feed bin.
The following factors can increase the production capacity and performance of the crusher
1. Selecting the suitable crushing chamber for the crushing material.
2. Appropriate proportion of feed particle size.
3. Controlling the feeding amount.
4. Feeding material is distributed evenly in the 360°range of the crushing chamber.
5. The specifications of the discharge conveyor are compatible with the maximum processing capacity of the crusher.
6. Re-screening and select the appropriate specification of pre-screening and closed-circuit screening sieve.
7. Automatic control.
8. The crusher discharge area is unobstructed.
The following factors will reduce the production capacity and performance of the crusher
1. Feeding cohesive material in the crusher.
2. The fine particle size in the feed less than the discharge port exceeds 10% of the crusher's production capacity.
3. Water content of the feeding material is too much.
4. Feed segregation in the crushing chamber.
5. The feeding material is not distributed evenly around the crushing chamber.
6. Lack of feeding control.
7. Not taking sufficient capacity as recommended.
8. Conveyor capacity is insufficient.
9. The capacity of pre-screening and closed-circuit screening is insufficient.
10. Crusher discharge area is obstructed.
11. Feed is too hard or tenacious.
12. Crusher operating under the recommended speed.
