The above data represents the crusher production capacity based on the following conditions: the average proportion of feed material is 2.7t/m3, the maximum feed particle size can smoothly enter the crushing chamber without bridge blockages, and the fine material with particle size smaller than the crusher’s tight edge discharge port has been removed from the feed.Capacity varies with feeding method and feed characteristics including grading, pile density, humidity, clay content and crushability. The measurement of the tight edge OSS of the crusher varies with the jaw plate shape used and will affect crusher capacity and product grading.
